THE WILD COLLECTIVE

The Wild Collective is a supportive community of like-minded women, offering health education that will help ignite passion and purpose into your life. Learning about the feminine power from a health perspective will increase awareness and allow you to tap into and be closely connected to your inner voice and intuition.  

This is a 10-month program, and each month we will explore a different women’s health topic. This program has been offered both in-person and virtually.

A yin restorative yoga class followed by acupuncture may just be the ultimate treat for the nervous system.
Michelle has combined her love of yoga and naturopathic medicine by pairing up with one of her favorite yoga teachers, Angie Lo, to offer this therapeutic class.
By adding a group acupuncture session following a yin class, you are able to continue soaking in the restoring and calming benefits of yoga and community, while adding the healing of traditional Chinese medicine. The 30-minute post yoga session involves 7 nervous system calming acupuncture points while lying in savasana.
